Welcome to FinConn Europe. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all participants registering for our training programs. By submitting your registration, you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Registration & Payment

• Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a valid purchase order.
• All fees must be paid before the training start date unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellation

If you cancel your registration:

• 10% of the fee will be retained if the cancellation is made on or before 2 months before the training date.
• 50% will be retained if the cancellation is made on or before 1 month before the training date.
• 100% will be retained if the cancellation is made within 7 working days before the training date.

All cancellation or modification requests must be made in writing.

3. Substitutions

• Participant substitutions are permitted at no additional cost.
• Notice of substitution must be provided in writing at least 24 hours before the training begins.

4. Course Changes or Cancellation by Organizer

• We reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel any training course due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrolment, trainer unavailability, or force majeure events.
• In such cases, a full refund or alternative training date will be offered. We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by the participant.

5. Training Materials

• All course materials are the property of FinConn Europe and may not be copied or shared without permission.
